Neat and hygienic rooms. Resturants and bar was too good, neat and reasonable price.....good taste to have the food......kudos....still u can make better with spa and saloon....worth to stay

The restaurant food was excellent. Breakfast buffet was ok. Pretty typical hotel breakfast buffet in Kerala. Room was clean and comfortable. Parking staff was also helpful to keep a place for hotel guests because the bar filled up and it was good to know our parking place would not be taken.

We have been staying there every time we visited Kottayam. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Restaurant is very good with tasty dishes. Will definitely stay there in future too.😊

The property is currently undergoing renovation. The refurbished room was very good -spacious room and bathroom and very clean !! Staff was courteous 😊
